As an assistant loan writer with TMFG, you will be asked to take on board some of these responsibilities:
- Assist Director with the completion of business/commercial/property finance applications & assessments, including credit analysis as above and the submission to lenders for approval.
- Analyse financial data such as income, applicant, security, risk and mitigate to determine expectation of approval
- Participate in client and lender discussions
- Contribute to the identification of customer needs and make recommendations on solutions and cross selling opportunities
- Credit analysis and credit submissions;
- Analysis of credit data and financial statements to determine the degree of risk involved in extending credit or lending money.
- Loan Processing
- Evaluate customer records and learn to recommend lender, payment options and credit policy.
- Learning to understand and interpret balance sheets, profit and loss and forecast income of trading businesses
