Kylie’s skillset comes enhanced by broad, people-centric life experiences that have led her to seeking out client relation roles.
Backed by a sound understanding of the banking and finance industry, as Client Services Manager Kylie draws upon these heightened skills in communication enhanced by an ability to mitigate potential hurdles and respond with professionalism .
A large part of her client responsibilities involves educating and managing expectations with our clients, instilling a confidence in them to approach me with any enquiry at any point in the lending process.

Twenty-plus years in retail banking, under many hats, Kate has enriched her career by moving around Victoria with her husband and three children, transferring to different branches and embracing every new team or role with the same gusto she embraces life. Two hands in and with a smile.
Kate’s trajectory in retail banking and finance has been a constant for two decades and she understands the industry inside and out, giving her a perennial understanding of what we do for our customers. As Lending Assistant, she is the friendly voice on the phone supporting our customers on the path to owning their own homes. She will be giving you her best up front, while she works hard in the background to tie up loose ends, finalise documents and liaise with conveyancers and lenders on your behalf. Her experience in banking provides a confidence in these dealings that can’t be bought.

Loan Assistant, Emily Robertson
With a highly proficient customer service and admin skill set, Emily comes to us from a retail and banking background. Excellent communication, strong IT skills and confidence in handling documentation elevates her role at TMFG and is key to supporting the team’s ability to process loans efficiently and seamlessly.
A shapeshifter of sorts, Emily is required to be across everything within our tight team, co-piloting loan applications toward the finish line for our Mortgage Brokers and Client Services Officers.
From assessment to settlement, Emily will help guide customers through the mortgage process and, with a direct line to our senior loan advisors, is able to assist with enquiries at any stage of the process.

Administrative Assistant, Wendy Campbell
Wendy is an integral cog in the workings at TM Finance Group. As administrative assistant Wendy ensures all of our outgoing documents are compliant and that everything streaming through TM Finance Group is ship-shape. Aside from dotting the ‘I’s and crossing the ‘T’s, Wendy also manages our accounting and other daily administrative tasks.
She’s been with the team the longest after Belinda and keeps the ball rolling for Belinda and the ladies with her master organising.
